Tyus James Terrell, 27, of Fredericksburg, is wanted for murder and related offenses for killing Quatrail Raynard Smalls, 26, of Big Stone Gap, on Wharf Lane in Triangle, on Nov. 14, county police said.
A reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Terrell is being offered. Anyone who knows Terrell's whereabouts is urged to call police immediately.
